If you have received a mail/message stating your order is delivered, but you have not received, follow the below steps:


1. Check with your neighbor, security and reception in case they have received it on your behalf.

2. If still you did not find your order, call the respective courier service immediately and provide the tracking ID shared through mail to assist you.


If the courier partner is unable to help locate the package, reach out to us.
