1. The order information is captured in the predefined format/tool created by your organization.
2. Post the closure of the ordering window, all quantities, sizes, products are collated and ordered.
3. The manufacturing process takes a certain amount of lead time which depends on the timelines indicated by your organization or 4-6 weeks after the order window is closed.
4. Post the receipt of products in our warehouse, orders are individually picked, packed, labeled and made ready to ship.
5. A courier service is then assigned to the package based on the pin code provided. The courier service may vary due to serviceability of your pin code.
6. The package is now ready for dispatch!
Post this, and depending on the method of shipment chosen by our organization (air, surface) the shipment shall reach you within 2 weeks as they are processed in batches. There may be a chance that your friends or colleagues may receive their shipments before you so please be patient and wait for your turn.
