Transit - The shipment is on its way to be delivered to you.

Exception - If the courier partner attempts delivery and no one is available to receive the order.

Returned - The courier partner will attempt to deliver the shipment to the location provided (if no one is available to receive the package or if the courier partner is unable to reach you over call) the package will be returned to our warehouse.

Awaiting delivery info - The courier team making an attempt to complete the delivery.

Non serviceable area - The area/location which you have provided for the delivery is not serviceable by the assigned courier partner.

On hold - Due to the huge movement of the shipments in the respective courier service the shipments are in queue for delivery and will be out for delivery as per the queue.

Restricted area - The entry in the area/delivery address provided for the delivery is restricted due to Covid guidelines.
