Once the package is ready to be processed for delivery, you will receive a pre-shipment alert from the courier partner. Please do not track your shipment immediately as it can take up to 3 days for the tracking to reflect the information due to unprecedented logistics traffic. Depending on the courier partner used the confirmation may contain the expected delivery date, the shipping address, the order number and any other relevant information. 

You may receive automated mails on the status of your order once it is ready to be dispatched, check the following points below:

 

1) Info Received/Ready to be shipped - The order is ready to be shipped.

2) Dispatched - The order is in transit.

3) Out for Delivery - The order is out for delivery.

4) Exception – There is an issue in connecting the consignment to the consignee (Our consignment management team will monitor this to provide information to the consignee/courier).

5) RTO – The order will be returned to CompanyStore warehouse. If the consignee is not available to receive the order or the courier service is unable to contact the consignee.

6) Delivered – The order is delivered.
